• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Is the artwork signed?

  Yes. All artwork is hand signed by Mark McHaley

• How will my purchase be packaged?

  Whether it's an Original Painting, Print, Sketch Card or Book, your purchase will be well packaged for protection. All Artwork and Prints under 18" x 24" are shipped flat. Larger than 18" x 24" will be shipped rolled, unless otherwise specified on the product's description.

• Can I commisson artwork on this site?

  Some product may listed in the store as something that can be a commissioned piece. Additionally you can email Mark through the store's contact link if you have any other requests.
